Concept Plan
Our concept plans provide a complete overview of your new garden. This can include detailed plan views, elevations, 3D renderings, images of key landscape features, material samples, and recommended plant species. Concept plans give clients a clear and precise vision of the finished landscape. At this stage, we can also provide a preliminary cost estimate for your garden installation. Once approved, a formal contract and start date for installation will be provided.

Craig's Coastal Landscaping can manage the entire development application process on your behalf. This includes preparing all necessary plans and documentation for submission. For larger projects involving the home, we can collaborate seamlessly with your architect to ensure your landscape complements the overall design.
